  • Do not list Lower Columbia College. Only include schools you are requesting LCC to evaluate for transfer credit.

  • Are you requesting an evaluation for a college or university outside the United States?*
  • Additional documents are required for LCC to evaluate a foreign transcript!

    To have a foreign transcript evaluated for transfer credit, you must have the following sent to LCC:

    • Your transcript from the foreign institution (unofficial is accepted)
      AND
    • An official course-by-course evaluation by a third party evaluation agency that is a NACES member. 

    You can select any NACES member agency to complete your foreign transcript evaluation. Visit Foreign Transcript Evaluation instructions for more information.
