Complete this form to provide information about any dependents (spouse and/or children) who will accompany you during your studies at Lower Columbia College.
To complete this form, you will need to upload the following documents for each dependent:
- A copy of each dependent's biographical passport page.
- Official marriage certificate (with English translation) for your spouse, and birth certificate (with English translation) for each child.
- Proof of additional funds: $16,356 for the first dependent and $10,912 for each additional dependent. These amounts are required in addition to the $21,731 needed for the student. Please upload a bank statement showing the total required amount, including funds for both the student and any dependents.
