    Visiting and Leisure Student Enrollment Form

  • This form is for visiting or leisure students who are not pursuing a degree from LCC. 

    Submit this form only if your intent is to: 

    • Take a single LCC course or course series (e.g. BIOL& 241 and 242) to supplement your coursework at another college; OR,
    • Take an LCC class for personal enrichment, leisure, or just for fun. 

    By submitting this form, you confirm: 

    • You are not pursuing a degree or certificate at LCC
    • You plan to take only a single course or course series
    • You will not apply for financial aid for this course
    • You will pay for the class out of pocket or set up a tuition payment plan by the tuition due date posted on the LCC academic calendar. Visiting students are not eligible to use the Promise to Pay/Hold Request Form.

    Visiting students are not eligible for financial aid. You must pay for your class by the tuition due date to avoid being dropped for nonpayment.
