Budget Request Questionnaire

These questions are meant to allow you to share with the budget committee more about your program / organization / department / club. This will allow the committee to better understand who you are, how the funding would benefit the student body, and understand other funding sources that you utilize.
Please provide some details about this request, including the purpose of your department/organization and what the funding would be used for.
How will this request benefit the LCC Student Body? What services does your club / department / organization provide students?*

Committee Recommendation Follow Up

During the 2024-25 S&A Budget process, the committee provided you with recommendations that were specific to your program/club/organization. Below is the text of the recommendation from the Final 24-25 Service and Activities Budget that was approved by the Board of Trustees.
As follow up, the committee is requesting that you please share about how you have utilized these recommendations to support your program. If you have not been able to utilize these recommendations, please describe why these recommendations were not utilized. *
